Base Ingredients

  • 5 pounds chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and flats separated

    Mama Too’s® Dippin’ Sauce

    • 1/4 Cup Milk
    • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    • 3 tablespoon Mama Too’s® All Purpose Southern Seasoning

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate.

Choose Your Coating

SuperBowl Wet Wings Sauce

  • 1/2 Stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mama Too’s® All Purpose Southern Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s, Durkee, etc…)

Bring ingredients to a simmer in a medium saucepan; remove from heat and let stand while preparing wings.

Dry Wings Mix

  • 1/4 cup Mama Too’s® All Purpose Southern Seasoning (For spicy, use Jalapeño or Habañero Mama Too’s®)

Choose Baked or Fried

For Baked Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Set a wire rack inside each of 2 large rimmed baking sheets.
  2. Bake wings until cooked through and skin is crispy, 45–50 minutes.
  3. Remove to a paper towel lined sheet tray.

    Fried Wings

    1. In a large deep-fryer or large Dutch oven heat oil to 350°F on a deep-fat thermometer.
    2. Place wings into the hot oil and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
    3. Remove to a paper towel lined sheet tray.

    Choose Your Finish…

    For Wet Wings

    1. Place wings in a large bowl.
    2. Coat with SuperBowl Sauce, toss gently.

      For Dry Wings

      1. Place wings in a gallon sized Ziplock bag.
      2. Add Mama Too’s® All Purpose Southern Seasoning, shake gently.
You have now scored the winning play.  Serve with Mama Too’s® Dippin’ Sauce for the play of the day.
